About the Survey
The 2026 Ivans Connectivity Survey was completed by 700+ independent agents across four channels between April and May 2026. The 2026 survey was supported by the Agents Council for Technology (ACT). This year’s report incorporates nine-year trend data alongside Ivans Exchange™ platform data and interviews representing two of the largest brokerages in the US. Respondents participated voluntarily in an online survey covering technology use, digital connectivity preferences, and agency-carrier workflow priorities.
