Now, new agencies use an online onboarding form to send data directly to the Duck Creek Distribution Management System, which automatically creates trading partnerships and activates download services in Ivans with zero internal touch points. For existing agencies, the process is even simpler: staff check a box in Duck Creek, and an API instantly updates Ivans, removing the need for a manual Ivans login.
