If I want to download with an carrier, what do I do?

Please contact that carrier and let them know that you want to download. They will be able to set you up as an agent to do business with.

If I am having trouble with my Download, who do I call for support?

Your first level of assistance is your agency management system vendor. They will do troubleshooting and if they determine it is the Ivans service, they will conference in our customer support center and we will begin troubleshooting with you.

Billing & Account Information
If I have questions about my bill what should I do?

Ivans members should call their service executive who can be reached at 1-855-233-9128. All other customers should dial 1-855-233-9128, then press 2 to get to the billing support desk. Please have your account number available which can be found on the top of the summary page of your invoice.

How can I find out my account number?

Your account number is located in two places on your monthly invoice under the term, "Account No": on the top of the summary page and in the upper right-hand corner on the detailed pages.

If I'm having trouble with my Download, what should I do?

Please contact your Service Executive at 1-855-233-9128.

How do I add agents to my Download solution?

You can add agents through the Agency Registration System (ARS) within Ivans Exchange.
