How to Navigate Customer Support
1)    In the left hand menu, select your demographic (for example, P&C - Carrier or Healthcare - Provider)
2)    Then, select the IVANS product on the left for which you need the download
3)    Next, click on the Frequently Asked Question in the middle of the page relevant to what you are looking for
