IVANS Single Policy Resend allows agents to quickly and easily resend individual download policies that were sent to them, via IVANS ECS download solution, by their carrier partners. This functionality eliminates the need to contact the carrier’s help desk and wait for the carrier’s internal resend process to be completed. IVANS Single Policy Resend functionality allows the agent to simply perform a full or partial policy number search, then click a button to resend the desired policy image. That download file is immediately placed in the agent’s IVANS mailbox and can then be received through the agent’s normal download process.
