IVANS

Tara Mondock has more than 15 years experience in helping healthcare payers and providers develop solutions to address automation, administration and technology issues. Mondock works closely with all the Medicare Administrative Contractors to ensure IVANS solutions are enabling providers to access critical Medicare applications.

Having a keen understanding of the healthcare insurance and provider community, Mondock has established strategic partnerships with the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and other commercial payers. This has resulted in IVANS dominance in the direct connectivity market, providing over 28,000 healthcare providers with connectivity to sponsoring payers for the purposes of electronic healthcare transacting.

Mondock is a regular speaker on healthcare automation at many industry conferences. She has been with IVANS since 1995 and is one of the top-producing sales executives in the company's history.

Before joining IVANS, Mondock worked for IBM in its customer care division. She earned a bachelor's degree from Western Carolina University.
